Cancellation & Refund

PROITBRIDGE, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)

We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a refund of your course fee up to 24 hours of course activation

The student/user should request a refund, in writing via email ([email protected]) / over phone call (+91-9740230130) up to 24Hrs of course activation.

In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded.

If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.

No refund will be provided, and access will be revoked, if anytime found course is shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.

If the cancellation requested by the customer within 24Hrs of course activation, 90% of course fee paid will be refunded.

If the cancellation is requested after 24Hrs of course activationbut within 72Hrs, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

If the cancellation is initiated by the user after 72Hrs of course activation, no refund will be made. Note: If more than 3 Modules have been accessed, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be provided.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after intimation by the customer.

The return and refund of the products and services will be covered under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the general rules of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

PROITBRIDGE reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

NOTE: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by PROITBRIDGE.
