1. Mentoring & Supporting New Talents

  • Assist fresh graduates and career transitioners in understanding Data Science fundamentals.
  • Conduct 1:1 mentorship sessions to guide learners through real-world projects.
  • Help new talents build Proof of Concept (PoC) projects under expert supervision.
  • Review and provide feedback on assignments, code, and project submissions.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions to ensure conceptual clarity.
  • Share industry insights, career advice, and best practices in Data Science.

2. Hands-on Contribution to Real-World Projects

  • Participate in real-time client projects to gain industry experience.
  • Work on Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, Model Development, and Deployment.
  • Collaborate with senior Data Scientists on AI-based product development.
  • Optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for better performance.
  • Document project workflows, challenges, and solutions for future references.
  • Ensure timely project deliverables by coordinating with the team and stakeholders.

3. Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Data Science.
  • Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve workflows.
  • Contribute to internal research projects for knowledge enhancement.
  • Explore the use of GenAI & LLMs for innovative solutions.

4. Community Engagement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Create educational content (blogs, videos, tutorials) to simplify AI concepts.
  • Conduct internal webinars or mini-workshops on Data Science topics.
  • Engage with the ProITbridge community on LinkedIn & YouTube to spread awareness.
  • Participate in hackathons and industry events to represent ProITbridge.

5. Continuous Learning & Development

    • Take feedback from seniors and improve coding, problem-solving, and business understanding.
    • Work on personal projects to enhance technical and analytical skills.
    • Participate in company-led upskilling programs and certifications.
